The BXFBJ1600 Horizontal CNC Flange Spinning Machine is designed for forming right-angle and customized-angle flanges on cylindrical and conical metal components. It combines hydraulic workpiece clamping, CNC-controlled flange spinning and precision indexing punching to help manufacturers produce consistent air ducts, fan housings, pipeline components and large circular metal parts.
A rotary tie-rod hydraulic cylinder drives the three-jaw chuck to automatically clamp the workpiece. This horizontal structure provides convenient loading and unloading for long cylindrical components while maintaining reliable concentricity and stable rotation throughout the forming process.
With a processing diameter range of 500–1600 mm, a workpiece height range of 250–1200 mm and a material thickness capacity of 1–8 mm, the BXFBJ1600 is suitable for medium- and large-diameter industrial components.
