The QX1250 high-power CNC spinning machine, showcased at this exhibition, finds wide application in fields such as fans, military industry, medical devices, engineering machinery, and auto parts. It is equipped with a high-precision control system for its processing, offering excellent operational stability. The BXFBJ1400 vertical flanging machine is equipped with a fully servo-driven control system, offering high precision and powerful torque. It also features an intuitive visual Human-Machine Interface (HMI) system, enabling even beginners to quickly master CNC spinning operations. Driven by a rotary cylinder rod mechanism, this machine supports automatic clamping of cylindrical materials. Its design ensures efficient loading/unloading, excellent concentricity performance, and exceptional stability.
This machine is capable of performing 90° or custom-angle flanging on cylindrical components (e.g., ducting, pipes) and conical workpieces. Additionally, it achieves high-precision CNC indexed punching with superior accuracy and interchangeability. It is an outstanding choice for fabricating industrial components such as fan ducts, large-scale wind collectors, and pipe flanges.
