Wheel Forming Machines

The machine adopts vertical structure with integral ground-mounted bed and hand-scraped assembly ensuring rigidity & vibration-free translation. Tri-roller 90° orthogonal arrangement (remaining side facilitates wheel hub loading/unloading). Equipped with synchronous/asynchronous spinning modes. Option 1: configurable with hard-alloy pointed roller for pre-splitting & subsequent spinning operation on raw blanks. Whole working area features IPX4-rated waterproofing. Operation side installs auto-lifting transparent waterproof door. Allows cutting fluid spraying during operation achieving both cooling & roller protection for enhanced product quality.
